Emergency Services Program
The emergency call center is available after business hours and will communicate with the community manager to inform them of the details of any emergency. The community manager can then communicate with the owner to resolve the situation. At ManageWorks, we use zero based budgeting. We analyze each line item based on current conditions and historical trends to determine the future needs of the community. We believe the budget is the foundation of the community’s financial health and should accurately reflect the financial needs of the upcoming year.

A comprehensive approach to record-keeping will give our clients a complete understanding of their financial picture. ManageWorks will maintain a record of all income, expenses, assets, and liabilities. A monthly financial statement package will be prepared using the accrual basis of accounting.
